People are coming back from office visits saying not only is Rep. Frank asking other Reps. to vote aganst the Baldwin ammendment - which he publically put out  press release in favor of; but that he’s threatening to block other legislation important to some members if they vote for it. As Chair of a powerful committee - this is no small consideration.

I’d like to say that I’m shocked and stunned - but, when it comes to Barney, I’m all but numb to this sort of thing.
