Yes, the Trig Palin thing is wild, out there or whatever you want to call it. It could just be a conspiracy theory.
And I was wondering if I might have been suckered by a photo I used in an earlir post.
According to one website that claims that the story has been debunked, the following photo does everyone in.

Here’s the caption from the Anchorage Daily News:
Sarah Palin at home with her family in Wasilla, Alaska in 2006.
Yes, following that link gets you to a page on the Anchorage Daily News website that has the ‘timestamp’. Here’s the full text:
Sarah Palin at home with her family in Wasilla, Alaska in 2006. From left is Piper, 5, husband Todd, Willow, 12, and at right is Bristol, 16. Not pictured is Palin’s son Track, 17. Trig Palin was born in 2008.
However, the ADN also has a version of that photo – and page – with pretty much the same caption.
Sarah Palin at home with her family in Wasilla. From left is Piper, 5; husband, Todd; Willow, 12; and at right is Bristol, 16. Not pictured is Palin’s son, Track, 17.
The only difference is the lack of the date – any date.
That’s the version I linked to.
And both are, as of 6:48 pm CDT on Labor Day, still extant on the ADN website. I just did PDF dumps of both.
-
The version with the date.
-
The version without the date.
I don’t know which page predates the other – but they’re both out there.
The Trig story may have been a malicious rumor or it may be true.
Or it also may have been something to preoccupy the reality-based community so as to perhaps not ask questions about the real, current – now-admitted – pregnancy.
And who only can guess what that is being used to preoccupy us with so as not to ask the real questions about this unquestionably unqualified candidate.
