Clearly a “Reasoned and Measured” Regulation

Well, I can imagine someone viewing it as “reasoned and measured” anyway:

The small print in The Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention and Treatment Act stipulates that in order to access this program, literally the difference between life and death for some cancer victims, you must be a woman.

I wonder what Raymond Johnson thinks about the mindset that would allow such a fallacious legal dichotomy to exist anywhere in any form, much less to potentially metastacize so as to allow the creation of a class of permanently-unemployable (well, at any place of business that has any restroom facilities at all) class of non-persons.
